Am I locked into a contract using Matt as my Realtor?

No.

The most successful real estate investors find their own deals and through the Bootcamp you should be introduced to multiple Realtors, BUT we can't help you unless we are helping you.

What type of properties can I learn to invest in through your courses

This course covers residential homes. We primarily teach the way to buy distressed properties that need work, then refinance them to hold as a rental property or sell it.
